The Company considers returning profits to shareholders to be one of the most important management issues, and pays dividends based on a consolidated net assets dividend rate (DOE) of 2%, with the basic policy of paying out stable dividends while increasing profitability and capital efficiency.
In addition, the Company uses the concept of total return including a combination of dividends and acquisition of treasury stock, taking into consideration the payout ratio, and in the absence of large-scale demands on our funds, etc., the Company will keep pushing forward with shareholder returns, taking into consideration the total return inclusive of treasury stock acquisition.
