WINDS® Series Energy-Saving Dehumidifiers

Saving energy and reducing the cost of supplying
dry air in the battery manufacturing process

WINDS® series dehumidifiers deliver low dew points in manufacturing environments while saving energy and reducing CO2. Our distinct dehumidification flow and optimal design technology provide energy-saving dry air with a dew point of -50℃ to -70℃ or lower.
The WINDS®-II dehumidifier is a new type of one-stage rotor dehumidifier with significantly improved dehumidification performance. The one-stage rotor can handle all external air conditions, something previously only possible with a two-stage rotor. WINDS®-II dehumidifiers deliver both substantial energy savings and initial cost savings compared to two-stage rotor dehumidifiers.
WINDS®-III dehumidifiers supply dry air at regeneration temperatures of 80℃ or lower—much lower than conventional dehumidifiers (140℃). The system also utilizes previously unusable low-temperature waste heat (less than 90℃) to achieve energy savings of up to 60% compared to conventional dehumidifiers.

Features

  • Energy-saving supply of dry air with a dew point of -50℃ to -70℃ or lower
  • Reduced running costs and initial cost by expanding the scope of application of one-stage rotors
  • Further energy savings through energy-saving control (optional)
  • Roughly 200 units delivered to DRY ROOM (WINDS®)

Energy-saving benefits of WINDS®-II dehumidifiers

Adding our energy-saving control system (patent pending) that optimizes regenerative air flow and rotor speed in response to fluctuations in the dehumidification load results in annual energy and CO2 savings of up to 30%.
