Continuous CSR Efforts

In terms of CSR efforts, based on the five themes centered on the core theme of ISO26000, we have formulated a CSR activity plan and are continuously taking action.
Since 2018, we have newly incorporated three initiatives (ESG) and the 17 sustainable development goals (SDGs) (partially) under five themes and we are deploying our CSR activity plan.

17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

In order to promote our CSR activities, we have established a "CSR Promotion Department" in the Corporate Planning Department, as well as "CSR Promotion Committees" at our headquarters and branch offices, and "CSR Personnel Councils" among group companies. Through this structure, we ensure that we understand the implementation status of our CSR activities and practice the PDCA cycle.
At the "Group CSR Promotion Council" chaired by the President, we ensure understanding of the deliberation activity status of basic policies and discuss matters to be improved.
